The Mobility Lab system from APDM makes it easy to collect, analyze, and store Inertial Measurement (IM) data for clinicians and researchers. Attach sensors to your subject, and instruct them to perform a standardized test. A report is then automatically generated to compare against normative values. This process takes less than five minutes.
Choose from a range of standard packages for functional measurement of Balance and postural sway, lower limb gait, upper body movement, full body gait and balance, or alternatively specify any number of sensors (from 1 to 24) to build a custom package.
A number of standard tests are available within Mobility Lab including Walk, Timed up and go (TUG), Postural Sway, mCTSIB, sit to stand and Balance Error Scoring system (mBESS). This is dependent on the number of sensors chosen and can be found within this simple metric chart.
