New Features of the Biosense Medical Website

We have added some important new features to our website, which we hope will help you to get the most from your visit.

We are now able to take credit and debit card payments online. Please browse our online catalogue via the "Order Consumables" button on the left side of our homepage. As well as this you can access specific consumables from each product section.

If you are working in a hospital and cannot use a credit or debit card, you can still use our online catalogue. Choose the items that you are interested in and continue to checkout. However instead of choosing to pay by card, use the "NHS Account" section. This will generate for you a printed purchase requisition which you can use for assistance in your own internal purchasing. We will receive information of what you will be ordering, which helps us get your items ready whilst we await your hospitals formal purchase order.

In all cases you will need to create a customer account.

Please ensure that you create your own account by choosing the "Register" button at the top of our homepage.

You will be asked for your work address, and also at checkout for your delivery and invoice address. Of course these details will only be needed to be completed once.

Also we will be creating a specific product suppport account for all new equipment users, where you will be able to log-in and find relevant support material for your own piece of equipment, such as software copies as well as manuals etc.

Please note that we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments from customers in the Republic of Ireland, as UK VAT is automatically charged.
